The endless episode.

It was agreed upon between the Ketua kampong and the Amanah Saham Wakaf Kampong Committee that the Van jenazah would be returned to the Amanah Saham Wakaf Committee by end 2009. However, it never happened. The Ketua Kampong was playing Drama Minggu Ini. The Ketua Kampong would never return the Van Jenazah as he is very sore that they fail to be the Administrator of the New Mosque which is under construction.

Raja Nazri drove the Van Jenazah on New Year day when Haji Arshad’s daughter and still born grandchild passed away. We told Raja Nazri to hold on to the Van Jenazah and never to return to the JKKK. As a matter of fact the Orang Besar Daerah (OBD) had instructed the Committee to repossess custody of the Van Jenazah. Anything under saham wakaf should be managed by Non Governmental Organization (NGO).

On 3 January 2010, we were told by Raja Nazri that OTK came to his house twice (2X) requesting and pestering for the Van Jenazah key. Frustrated and did not want to be involved in a tussle of custody and tug of war, Raja Nazri handed the key. A Retired Army Captain did not want to argue with a Serang of a Pilot Boat.

I wonder why these people from PAS seem to be so ignorant of the fact that the Van jenazah does not belong to the Mosque or the JKKK? The Ketua Kampong is one guy who does not fulfill to his promise. They don’t seem to know simple history of the Van Jenazah and OTK is so hard up to drive the Van Jenazah as it would be a source of income to him. The income derives from the Van Jenazah without the pleasure and approval from Amanah Saham Wakaf Committee would be considered as unethical, in the simplest term. I dare not term as “haram” as I am no GOD. Those who contributed to the saham wakaf had delegated and entrusted the Committee to run the show. The Mosque Committee or the JKKK has no legitimate right over the Van Jenazah. Failing to understand that, would jeopardize the akidah.
Note: Majority of the Mosque Committee and JKKK are PAS members.

The Kampong resident’s sentiments are at its boiling point. Some prefer to wait and see and some are reserving in their hearts when PAS never even want to listen and understand to rationales.
