It’s almost completed, about 90%.

The main prayer hall is waiting to be carpeted and installation of light cum stand fan. The Electricians is finalizing the power off take.

Piping at all the ablution area had been installed. The WC and washroom basins are in place.

The Mehrab, Mimbar and Imam Pulpit is considered completed. Honestly I don’t like the Mehrab color, its grayish and the khat is not outstanding. (Can be seen from the photo taken).

The chandelier? The main dome is still empty and I have no idea. It would be appropriate that khat to be painted or whatever at the bottom surrounding edge. Currently the main dome is barren.

Steel frame with glasses would be installed at all arches. The arches would be protruding and artistic if the curve edges are painted with different color from the general wall painting.

My prediction of handover is by earliest around 01 June 2012. The election of Kampong Raja Uda Mosque Committee Members for period 2012 – 2015 would be held on 28 April 2012 and I wish all the best of luck to the new elected Committee especially to the Nazir, Secretary and Treasurer.
