Finishing touches here and there and it is about 98% completed.

In progress – installing the wheel chair ramp side railings and installing steel frames with tinted glasses at the all round courtyard arches. Understand similar would be installed at Anjung Utama (main foyer) arches. 

Main prayer hall – stand fan with lightings not in placed as yet. PA system already on site but the room under lock and key as it was not officially handed over to the Main Contractor. 

Most floor area had been wax polished and the area cordoned. 

JKR would be conducting an inspection on the Mosque 04 May 2012.

Cross fingers, bearing all in good order, the Mosque should be put to use by around June 2012 in conjunction with the new tenure (2012 – 2015) of Masjid Kampong Raja newly elected Committee Members & Officials. The month of Ramadan tentatively begin on 17 July 2012. The only position which is still under scrutiny and consideration by Majlis Agama Islam Selangor (MAIS) is the position of Nazir. The probable contender who returned with 99 votes the highest was Haji Samsuddin Razak, the kariah most suitable, capable and favorable candidate. It was Haji Samsuddin Razak and YM Raja Sahar the newly elected Timbalan Nazir that did all the ground work and main player from ground zero to make this Mosque a reality. If it was not interrupted by the hijacking of 2009 – 2012 Mosque Committee Members the New Mosque would be better prepared and equipped. Even the original color of the New Mosque had been altered.   

ALLAH is GREAT. The New Mosque is completed around the time the changing of Committee Members. Human plan but Allah destined. Alhamdullilah. 

Couple of months back I forecasted that the Mosque would be put to use by June 2012 + or – two (2) months. I am nearly correct.
