The High Court declared Nizar Jamaludin as the legitimate MB on 11.05.09. Simple and legitimate reason: There was no vote of no confidence against him and he never resigned from his post. Loud and clear, everybody except residents of mental asylum understands. On 12.05.09 morning, Zambry Kadir appealed to defer the High Court decision and on the same day the Court of Appeal sat. By noon the appeal was accepted and now Nizar Jamaludin back to square one. He hardly sat in his MB office and now got to vacate for Zambry Kadir. The fiasco is like playing hide and seek or “main masak masak”. What the fcuk is going on? I have two court cases pending for about ten fcuking years now and yet no Judges want to sit and listen. As for Zambry Kadir, the appeal was in the morning and by noon was the verdict. Zambry Kadir got the cheek to say that he is similar to Nelson Mandela and Ghandi, the world famous freedom fighter. Hello…. Zambry, sorry there is nothing similar, even your color is much darker than any two of them. My bird is laughing. Position is driving you crazy and you even loose your sense of comparison. In my area it is kite flying season and I recommend you to go and fly kite.
The weather in Malaysia is very hot now and I am boiling.
I don’t understand the local standii of Zambry Kadir appealing to defer the Judgment. The High Court had declared that Nizar Jamaludin is the legal MB and automatically Zambry Kadir appointment by the Royal Highness as MB was null and void. Who is he to appeal? It makes sense to me if the Royal Highness did the appealing. Declaring Nizar Jamaludin as the legal MB, automatically Zambry Kadir position is non existence. The Royal Highness the Raja Muda himself had recognized Nizar Jamaludin as the MB of Perak when Nizar Jamaludin attended an investiture ceremony at the Royal Palace on 12.05.09 morning. Zambry Kadir was absent at this ceremony and if think that he is the legal MB, why didn’t he attend the ceremony. To me this is tantamount to treason and disrespect to the Perak Royalty.
The fiasco in Perak is getting complicated like a winding pool of thread. State administrations stand still. The People suffer but the policy makers are winding their way through legal and illegal means. Where and how it is going to be solve, it’s yours and my guess.
If you ask me to make the decision: I am bloody tired of repeating, dissolve the Assembly and go for reelection. Stop the erection; the people of Perak and Malaysia in general are fed up of listening to news of running up and down the court houses.
Who is going to dissolve?
