All work on the Mehrab, Mimbar and Imam Pulpit had been completed. The main prayer hall was thoroughly cleaned including “samak” (cleansing with mud) on 01 April 2012 (Sunday).
Carpeting of the main prayer hall would probably be laid next week.
Iron shoe & slipper rack had arrived on site.
Workers are busy furnishing the various washrooms. Water outlet piping head of ablution areas would be installed last.
Jenazah cleansing bunk completed, awaiting piping work.
Water tanks on the roof being checked for any leakage. Double coating painting and patching works here and there especially the mid section of the minaret.
I still have no idea and clue about the chandelier? Maybe someone is working on it. At the moment, I don’t know. Any Philanthropist out there who is willing to “sedekah” would be great.
Total job completion and handover expected by end of April 2012, insyaalah. I am excited to hear the first call of azan from this new Mosque.
