The third round of the English FA Cup fixture saw MU got kicked out. They deserved to lose due to over confident and poor strategies of Sir Alex. MU lost 1 – 0 to Leeds United at Old Trafford, MU home ground. What a shame.
Any team who play with MU would display their best effort to down the Red Devils and what Sir Alex should do was to send the best players for the first half, score one or two goals or more then sent in the Rookies in the second half defending the credit.
Sir Alex, repeated the same blunder all over again sending Chicos, like Obertan, Fabio, Gibson, Anderson and Welback very well knowing that the back was very unsteady without Ferdinand, Fletcher, Carrick, Vidic, Evra and Van Der Sar under the goalpost.
MU is now out from the FA Cup.
Though MU is only two (2) points behind the League Leader Chelsea at the Premier League, I doubt MU would be able to hold on to the Barclay Cup in 2010, Without Teves and Ronaldo, I have no hope. There is no more star player in MU except Rooney. Berbatov is too slow. The only advantage, MU has no African Players that would be away participating in the African Cup. Only on that score, MU may be able to overcome several Premier League team during the second session of the EPL.
To be honest, Serbeget Singh used to say and I would like to imitate, there is definitely something fishy with all football matches in the EPL, FA Cup and Carling Cup.
Sir Alex, please stop chewing the gum. Sugar is bad for health. Only cows don’t ever stop chewing.

Surprise encounters.
The family was at PKNS Complex Shah Alam as my wife was looking for samples of varieties door and main table gift. She was looking for the best exquisitely available. After all it is for the only son. I allowed them to take their own sweet time and I entered into a shop selling ornamental house deco and hoping to find something peculiar so that I can add to the house collections. The Owner who was busy with the computer suddenly looked up and addressed my name. I was taken aback for a moment and on the closer look, he was Wahab my old friend in the 60s from Greentown Ipoh.
He offered me a chair and we sat talking about all our friends. Surprisingly my Old Tech senior, Syed Rani used to hang around at Wahab outlet. My wife was at the opposite shop and that belong to Wahab’s brother, Mahmud. Mahmud married to Narimah’s younger sister and the last time I heard about Narimah, an acquaintance stays at Denpasar Bali. What a small world!!
Wahab import all his goods from China and the brother from Bali Indonesia. These two brothers are enterprising Businessmen. Surely at the next outing I would get a good discount. I last met Wahab sometimes in 1992 when he was with Maybank KL.
On the way home, we accidentally missed an exit due to the road work and the new highway took us straight to Alam Perdana a new Housing Estate and to Kampong Jawa Klang. It was entirely a surprising new route to us and completely bypassed the Federal Highway. We encountered something new. Sometimes it’s worth driving around to encounter something new. I have not been following the development around Shah Alam.

01.01.10.
Happy New Year, everybody.
The first write out of 2010.
At the strike of midnight I was at home. Where do you expect I would be at this age? The only thing familiar was the sound of the ship’s horn at the harbor and the fire crackers here and there. It was a silent farewell to 2009. I crossed the year still suffering from a broken heart and bearing the consequential damage of a sleek manipulated plot. Though dejected, I am a Survivor. I leave it to Allah.
At 0300 hrs I wanted to watch the eclipse of the full moon but the black cloud was shielding the moon. I wish and hope my life of 2010 and beyond would not be overshadowed just like the earth was blocking the moon from pouring its glittering beauty.
My wish for 2010 – stop the bloody WAR in Iraq and Afghanistan. Free Palestine. To stay healthy, enable me to perform the 2010 Ramadan umrah or venture to places I have not been.
My first curse of 2010 – SHIT!!! The price of sugar had gone up by RM 0.20 and it would be followed by other things.
I lived through 2009, that was good enough, alhamdulillah and only Allah can judge me whether I did the right or wrong
