Reference to the above where I hate surprises - apparently it is no more a surprise as record kept in the vault for ages since pre Merdeka era had surfaced and proven in writing that she is the rightful custodian on the basis of a “Trustee”. Well and good and I never ever questioned about the legitimacy as I am not an interested party or having any connection or rights whatsoever to it. I was merely an innocent bystander.
The fiasco arises due to sheer neglect, unconcerned during all these years and a different document was referred to. Out of the blue it arouses an issue, mentally confused those connected and unsettled their normal daily routine. Now that all are settled, life proceeds and unwarranted blood pressure solemnly back to normal to those people in relations. All along I never doubt that the land doesn’t belong to her. Only the lack of documentary evidence in writing as declared by her that surprised and boggled my mind indirectly. I had suspected there was a mix up somewhere. But……..where and why? Prior to the detonation of the bomb, it was not thoroughly checked to ground zero to substantiate the authenticity. It rocked the serenity of the environment for a while and it was a very unfortunate incident.
There a lot of lessons to be learn by everybody. It’s not too old to learn. Top of the list, never takes thing for granted. Rule of Laws enacted by the Authorities is to protect the citizen’s interest and rights. Everything in writing overrides those by mouth, that’s how the Rules interpret. What Allah destined is yours, it would be yours. If it is documented, others can go to Timbuktu.
