Nizar was declared as the legal MB of Perak. Zambry went an appeal to throw off the Judgment and Nizar re appeal to throw off Zambry appeal. Three Judges met on 22 May 2009 and threw off Nizar re appeal. So Zambry is the legal MB of Perak so said the three Judges. The verdict was expected however disappointed.
I got the information that Nizar would no way be the MB of Perak from my brother somewhere in Perak who is a very close associate with one of the UMNo Wakil Rakyaat and a state Exco. When Nizar declared as the legal MB of Perak, he told me that Zambry would appeal and the MB position would stay firm with Zambry. Just watch and wait, he said. From this source, I believe it was all plan and orchestrated.
The next move, Nizar would appeal to the Federal Court. In my opinion it is a waste of time and money. PR and Nizar can never win in Court. We just have to wait for the Rakyat judgment at the coming 13th General Election. Just be patient and we will teach those people what fair governance is. What goes up must come down. Every dog has its day.
