It was projected that the New Mosque would be completed by February 2011. The latest projection is now August 2011 and only 75% completion. Now is already May 2011.

Regret it would not see the kampong Jemaah performing the “tarawikh” in 2011 Ramadan and solat sunat Aidilfitri. Painting work is in progress and only four (4) Painters on site. Tiling work and roofing is here and there. The work on the main septic tank is currently stagnant. Wuduk area for Muslimin and Muslimah is in progress. Work on front and rear brick wall fencing currently suspended.

Don’t blame the Contractor as fund is not flowing, so how to complete?

Bearing no more hiccups and the weather fine all the way, hopefully and insyaalah, praise and doa to Allah swt, the New Mosque can be use by Aidiladha 2011. If the kampong residents could wait for ten (10) years, another few months should be no problem. Allah swt requests us to be patience (sabar) and there must be an “iktibar” (lesson/good reason) behind it.

Where has the state fund channel to?
